Kim Jones Insurance Agency - Serving Brevard County Florida

	I am a Personal Lines Manager for the Kim Jones Agency. I have been assisting wonderful customers like you with their insurance needs since 2004. I started off as a Client of Kim Jones just like you before entering the exciting world of insurance. I started working for the Kim Jones Agency as a Document Scanner. I gradually worked my way up after attending school and became a licensed Customer Service Rep. Over the last 5 years my knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance has expanded. In 2008 I became a Personal Lines Manager and where I am currently at now.

I started my insurance career in the early 1990's with a State Farm
agent in Tampa, FL. Moving to Brevard County in 1997 I worked for a
managing general agency as a personal lines underwriter. In 2000 I
came to work for the Priscilla Jones agency. Upon her retirement, I
transistioned to the Kim Jones Agency, specializing in commercial
insurance sales and service.

I have been in the insurance industry for almost three years after
finishing a 20+ year career in the Navy. I started out working as
admin support and have worked my way up as a licensed Customer
Service Representative. I thoroughly enjoy my job and the diversity
that it brings. Since being with the Kim Jones Agency, I have had
the opportunity to work with a multitude of customers and provide
them with the best possible coverage for their situation. Working
with a customer and seeing that their needs are met and they are
satisfied, makes my job more meaningful and gratifying.

Given my background and experience in the military, I have been
able to bring many attributes to my new career. Working in the
insurance industry is fast paced, requires much multitasking, and
keeping up to date with all the current insurance guidelines. I like
the challenges that this job presents to me and I look forward to a
rewarding career in insurance.

I worked with the Priscilla Jones Agency for approximately four years
and for the past two years have worked under the direction of
Kim Jones Agency. My many years in the banking industry have
helped me in this pursuit of another career path. Hope to speak to
each new and existing policyholder in the near future.

I became a team member of the Kim Jones Agency April 28, 2008
as a personal lines agent. And as my first year anniversary rolls
around I now feel at home and look forward to serving and assisting
all of our valued customers and friends.

My insurance career started in Colorado in 1970 prior to moving to
Florida in 1972. I was a file clerk and an account assistant to the
agency's bookkeeper.

Upon moving to Pompano Beach, Florida I began my Florida
insurance career as a receptionist in a Fort Lauderdale independent
agent for one year. My family then moved to Merritt Island where
I also worked for an independent agent for over 30 years, obtaining
my 220 agent's license in 1975. Over the years I handled all
aspects of both personal and commercial lines customers
and accounts.

I have been with the Kim Jones Agency since June 2007. When I first
started with Kim I was doing basic receptionist work and document
scanning. Kim put me through Insurance Customer Service classes
and got me my license. I have been a licensed agent in the office since
May 2008. I currently assist in Auto and I am in training for Homeowners

I have learned a lot working for Kim. She has shown me how to work
hard and be great at customer service but also to have fun and socialize
with our policyholders. Kim has shown me that we are a team at the
agency and not just individuals that work in an office.

Hello my name is Wendy Phillips, Customer Service Representative. I
have worked for the Kim Jones Agency since 2007. I started as a
Receptionist and worked by way up to Customer Service Rep. I
received my license in insurance in April. My passion and specialty
is auto insurance.

Being the Auto Specialist I know almost all the ins and outs of the auto
products the agency offers. I also handle all the claims for the agency.
Previous to working for the Kim Jones Agency I worked in an Auto Body
Shop working the other end of the auto Insurance claims.

Working for the Kim Jones Agency has taught me excellent customer
service skills and how to work as a team.

I started with the Kim Jones Agency in September of 2003. I had
moved to Florida from Delaware and had contacted Kim's agency prior
to moving to move my auto and homeowners insurance. Within a
month after moving I was working for Kim as a receptionist.

I have 30 plus years experience in customer service outside of
insurance. My main responsibility with the agency is customer service
which is my passion. About a year after starting with Kim I became a
licensed customer service representative. While in that position I was
responsible for quoting auto policies. I spend a lot of time on the
phone with customers. They call me to pay their bills, make changes
and ask questions. I have built an excellent rapport with my customers
and I give them the feeling that I am here to listen and to help them in
anyway I can. While working at Kim Jones Agency I feel that I am
making long term friends and not just customers.

I am a Personal Lines Sales Representative for the Kim Jones Agency.
I graduated from the University of Kentucky and moved to Florida in
2000. I began my insurance career in January 2001 and joined the Kim
Jones team in April 2009. I have sold Property and Casualty insurance
as well as LIfe and Health insurance over the course of the last eight
and a half years. I find the relationships that I have with my clients and
the faith and trust they put in me, to be the most rewarding aspect of my
career. I look forward to many more years of providing quality customer
service.
